Your resume file and the text extracted from it, which you upload to be analysed.

If you sign in: your email address and name from your Google account. We never see or store a password.

Payment records from Razorpay (order and payment ids, amount, status). Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay and never reach us.

Basic technical data needed to run and protect the service, such as a hashed IP address for rate limiting.

Which features you use and when (for example, opening a brief or downloading the PDF), to understand what is useful and improve DEFEND. This records actions only — never the content of your resume or brief — and is not shared with anyone.

We do not sell your data, show advertising, or use your resume to train models.

Your resume is analysed by AI services on Google Cloud, our infrastructure provider, under paid business terms that do not allow your data to be used to train their models.

Contact details on your resume (phone, email, address) are not extracted into the analysis.

On Google Cloud in India: files in private storage, analyses in a private database. Nothing is publicly accessible; files are only served to you, signed in or through your own browser session.

Free previews made without signing in are deleted after 7 days unless you sign in and keep them. A brief you paid for without signing in stays available; sign in any time to keep it on your account.

Resumes in your account are kept until you delete them. Deleting a resume removes every version, brief and PDF of it. Deleting your account removes all of them, your feature-use history and your sign-in.

Payment and credit records are kept as required for accounting and tax, without your resume content.

You can download your original files, delete any resume, or delete your account at any time from Settings.

For any other request about your personal data — access, correction or erasure under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — write to the Grievance Officer below. We respond within 30 days.
