Refund and cancellation policy

If your complete brief cannot be generated, you can retry at no cost from the brief page. If it still cannot be completed, write to us and we refund the payment in full.

Credits used for a brief that fails are returned to your account automatically.

Because a defense brief is a digital service delivered instantly, purchases are not refundable once the brief has been delivered — except where the brief is materially defective (for example, it does not correspond to the uploaded resume). Write to us within 7 days and we will review it.

Unused Pro revisions are not refundable separately and expire 180 days after the first unlock.

If you were charged but the brief did not unlock, or you were charged twice, write to us with the date and amount. Duplicate or failed charges are refunded in full.

Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

There is no subscription to cancel. Each purchase is a one-time payment.
